1. Cancellation Policy

The buyer has a seven (07) calendar day reflection period, starting from the day of actual receipt of the order, to return the ordered product(s) without needing to provide reasons or pay any penalties.

The buyer then has a period of seven (07) days to return the complete, unused product(s) in their original intact packaging and, if possible, accompanied by the original packaging as well as the return slip and a copy of the invoice. If the products are not returned within seven (07) days from the date of actual receipt of the order, the order is considered final and no refund will be issued, except in cases provided for in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Upon receipt, the seller will acknowledge receipt of this request by sending an email or a letter.

The seller agrees to refund the buyer for all amounts paid. The refund will be made using the payment method used by the buyer, within a maximum period of seven (07) days after the buyer exercises their right of withdrawal.

The refund of this amount may, however, be deferred until the returned goods are recovered.

The return is at the buyer’s expense.
